Parivu Dr. S. SakthiVel, along with the esteemed team of Singara Chennai Builders Association, congratulated J. Radhakrishnan IAS on his recent posting as the Commissioner of Chennai Corporation.
Mr. Radhakrishnan is a 2003-batch IAS officer who has held several important positions in the state government, including as the District Collector of Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur. He is currently the Commissioner of the Chennai Corporation.
